Job summary

Education and Training Foundation is seeking a Learning Design Officer to design, develop and continuously improve digital and blended learning experiences across its professional development portfolio. You will work under the Learning Design Manager to create engaging, evidence-informed courses aligned with ETF standards and sector needs.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and developing innovative online learning and digital content in multiple formats.
• Understanding of instructional design, digital pedagogy and user experience.
• Ability to translate complex subjects into engaging, accessible learning materials.
• Experience with LMS or content authoring tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop online, blended and asynchronous learning programs and resources.
• Apply instructional design to create accessible learning content with clear outcomes.
• Develop scripts, storyboards and assessments for digital learning materials.
• Collaborate with SMEs, suppliers and internal teams to align with standards.
