Hele's School in the United Kingdom is seeking a Cover Supervisor on a fixed-term basis until 31 August 2027. The role is 30 hours per week across 38 weeks per year (term-time only) with a salary band starting £18,747 per annum.

The Cover Supervisor will support learning by delivering pre-prepared lesson plans, manage student behaviour, and assist teachers in curriculum delivery when learning duties are not required. This post requires an enhanced DBS check and references.

Salary: WeST Grade D (scp 8-14) starting salary £27,709 FTE, actual salary £18,747 per annum

Hours: 30 hours per week x 38 weeks per year (term-time only)

Start Date: As soon as possible

The Learning (Cover)Supervisor supports the effective operation of the trust and works to uphold and promote its vision and values.

To enable the provision of learning to continue in the absence of the teacher normally responsible for teaching a particular class, by utilising pre-prepared lesson plans

To managing effectively the behaviour of students, and where no learning duties are required, to undertake activities to assist teachers in the delivery of the curriculum.
