Rullion is seeking an Organisational Learning Coordinator for a major nuclear new build project. The role focuses on managing a learning tool, capturing lessons learned, analyzing trends, and promoting a strong learning culture while supporting governance and assurance activities.
The position involves coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, developing and delivering Organisational Learning training, and embedding learning across the project.
Duration: Up to Dec 2026 (Extension possible beyond this)
Hours of work: Remote working (1 day on site per week)
The Organisational Learning Coordinator will support the implementation and continual development of Organisational Learning and Continuous Performance Improvement arrangements within a major nuclear new build project. Working as part of the Performance Improvement team and reporting to the Organisational Learning Lead, the role will focus on managing and supporting the use of an organisational learning tool, capturing and sharing lessons learned, analysing trends and identifying opportunities for improvement. The post-holder will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to promote a strong learning culture, support governance and assurance activities, and ensure learning is effectively embedded across the project.
