We are looking to appoint a passionate and dedicated teamof Learning Coaches for our Nursery provision at Avanti Gardens, workingspecifically with our 2-3-year-old class at a vital stage in their earlydevelopment.

Avanti Gardens is seeking a skilled and motivated LearningCoach to support teaching and learning across our primary phase.

Working closely with teachers and colleagues, you will playa key role in delivering high-quality classroom support, leading targetedinterventions, and helping pupils to access a broad and engaging curriculum.You will work with children with a range of needs, adapting your approach toensure every pupil can thrive both academically and personally.

What will you do?
  • Assist class teachers and school leaders inensuring the very best learning experience for children and young people inour trust schools
  • Build strong, supportive relationships with pupils,adapting approaches to meet individual needs, including those with SEND orEnglish as an additional language.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers, leaders andexternal professionals to deliver targeted interventions and contribute topupil progress and wellbeing.
  • Promote positive behaviour, social and emotionaldevelopment, and uphold safeguarding responsibilities at all times
  • Engage with families, contribute to the widerschool community, and take an active role in ongoing professionaldevelopment.
What are we looking for?
  • Evidence of strong communication skills;Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both orally and in writing
  • Excellent level of literacy and numeracy skills
  • An understanding of classroom roles andresponsibilities
  • An ability to understand the principles ofchild development and learning processes and in particular barriers to learning
  • Commitment to the safeguarding and welfare ofall students
