Krishna Avanti Primary School is seeking a Learning Coach to help children in their learning and development. You will provide flexible support across individuals, small groups and whole class, helping learners engage with the curriculum and build independence.
Working with teachers, inclusion staff and external professionals, you will tailor learning to meet needs including those with English as an additional language and SEND.
Grade: Grade 3, £26,388 - £27,188 per annum, pro rata Approximately £19,133 - £19,714 per annum (0.72508 FTE)
We are looking to appoint a Learning Coach to join Krishna Avanti Primary School and support children in their learning and development.
Working alongside teachers and school leaders, you will provide flexible individual, small-group and whole-class support, helping children to engage confidently with their learning, develop their skills and build their independence.
You will build strong, positive relationships with children, recognising their individual strengths, needs and personalities, and responding thoughtfully to help them overcome barriers to learning and thrive in the classroom. You will work collaboratively with colleagues to create an inclusive, nurturing and engaging learning environment where every child feels valued, supported and encouraged to succeed.
