Dilkes Academy, part of Catalyst Academies Trust, is seeking a Learning Coach for SEN Resource Provision on a permanent, full-time basis. The role supports primary pupils with challenging behaviour, within a specialist team in a main school setting.
Training and ongoing support are provided, with a 36.25-hour week during term time and a start ASAP. The post sits within the Thurrock Band B/ C pay range (FTE £26,539–£30,224; actual £22,341–£25,443) with full-time hours and safeguarding
We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic, resilient staff member to join our team for this physically demanding role supporting and coaching primary-aged pupils who present with challenging behaviour. The ability to build rapport with pupils exhibiting extremely challenging behaviour is essential.

Working as part of a specialist team within a main school setting, the successful candidate will be given full training and support.
