At Dilkes Academy, we are seeking a dynamic, creative, and compassionate SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) Lead to work with pupils aged 5-11 who face complex learning difficulties. These plans are developed collaboratively with parents, carers, and external professionals to ensure that every learner's needs are met.

An effectively line manage of support staff, ensuring that all pupils with SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) needs receive tailored, comprehensive support within the classroom, fostering an inclusive learning environment where every child can thrive

Creative and practical: Capable of bringing learning to life through a hands‑on, engaging curriculum that connects with pupils' needs and interests.
