Job summary

Oriel High School is seeking a Learning Associate to support pupils in class and small groups. The role is permanent and follows term-time hours, including INSET days, with a salary of £19,212 (Crawley weighting) for Grade 5.

The successful candidate will contribute to students’ academic, emotional, social and personal development within a dynamic learning community. We welcome applicants who understand SEND needs and can help learners become independent, using assessments and targeted support
