The role offers professional development opportunities, with additional hours to support school transport from 7.30am and a commitment to safeguarding and high standards across the school community.

Qualifications

• Experience or willingness to learn in supporting children with SEND, especially autism.
• Ability to build relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues.
• Commitment to inclusive education and high-quality learning experiences.

Responsibilities

• Support learning and development in a creative, personalised way.
• Assist planning and delivery of the EHCP-led curriculum.
• Collaborate with teachers, families and other professionals to support pupils.
