Exeter College is seeking a Learning Support assistant in Barnstaple to support students with learning and emotional difficulties. The role helps learners thrive in the classroom and become more independent.

Hours are term-time only with contracts ranging from 18–30 hours per week, 8:30am–4:40pm, across 38 weeks per year. The role offers pension contributions and holiday schedule aligned with school terms.

What hours will I work?

Our roles are term-time only, meaning you’re guaranteed 13 weeks’ holiday every year. Whether you’re looking for part-time work or flexible hours , we can help you find a schedule that fits. Our contracts range from 18 – 30 hours per week, with lessons timetabled from 8:30am to 4:40 pm.
