As a Learning Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers, the inclusion team, and other professionals to deliver tailored support that meets the individual needs of the pupils you support. Responsibilities will include adapting learning activities, promoting engagement in lessons, supporting social and emotional development, and helping to create a positive, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment.

The successful candidate will be patient, caring, and committed to making a meaningful difference to the educational experiences of children with additional needs. Previous experience of supporting pupils with SEND would be beneficial, although a willingness to learn and a passion for supporting children are equally important.

If you are enthusiastic about helping children overcome barriers to learning and are eager to make a positive impact on their lives, we would love to hear from you.

Trained staff are available to support pupils' wellbeing and mental health needs. Pupils new to the country are welcomed into the school. The elected school council gives pupils a voice. They proudly describe the school as ‘inclusive and diverse’. They are well prepared for modern British society.”
