The Bramble Academy is seeking an enthusiastic Administrator to join our school team and act as the first point of contact for visitors, parents and pupils. You will provide professional administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the academy.
The successful candidate will be highly organised, personable and able to manage a varied workload in a busy school environment, with strong communication and confidentiality at the core of the role.

As the first point of contact for visitors, parents, pupils and other stakeholders, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming, efficient and professional front-of-house experience. You will work as part of the school office team, providing high-quality administrative support and helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the academy.
The successful candidate will be highly organised, personable and capable of managing a varied workload in a busy school environment. Strong communication skills, attention to detail and a commitment to confidentiality are essential.
We are looking for someone who:
Is confident using Microsoft Office and school MIS systems (experience of Arbor would be advantageous).
