Job Title: Learning and Development Manager
Location: Horsham
Salary: 50k - 55k + company car / car allowance
Hours: Full-time,

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Learning and Development Manager who will play a key role in shaping the future of their colleagues. You'll design and deliver impactful training programs that, enhance performance, and support long term growth.

Learning and Development Manager Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a forward-thinking learning and development plan that aligns with company vision
  • Identify training needs
  • Work with external providers to deliver training programs
  • Partner with regional managers to tailor training initiatives to the unique needs of each geographic area

The ideal Learning and Development Manager will have / be:

  • Proven experience in Learning and Development
  • Strong knowledge of effective learning and development methods
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
