We are partnering with a highly respected organisation to recruit a Learning & Development Manager based in Greater Manchester.
This is a newly created role within the organisation, offering a fantastic opportunity for an experienced L&D professional to join a supportive, values-driven business that prioritizes its people.
You will collaborate with operational colleagues to define and shape the learning culture, establish strong relationships, and serve as the subject matter expert in Learning & Development. Your role will involve identifying learning needs, designing and delivering solutions that support strategic workforce objectives, and evolving company learning initiatives to develop and retain key talent.
We seek a forward-thinking Learning & Development Specialist with an approachable and positive outlook, with experience in diverse organisations.
