L&D Consultant – Professional Services Agency

Manchester – Hybrid (3 days in office)

About the Company

My client is an established professional services recruitment agency/consultancy focusing on supporting businesses to find experts across multiple industries globally.

They are looking to hire a third person to join their Manchester team to develop consultants from rookies to team leads.

This is a great opportunity for a recruiter passionate about mentorship, learning, and development, viewing L&D as a natural next step.

Role Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver L&D solutions via classroom, desk-based, 121 coaching, and live call coaching.
  • Handle training administration, planning, coordination, and needs analysis.
  • Provide verbal feedback to managers and stakeholders on trainee progress.
  • Assist Talent Attraction with onboarding and feedback to improve retention.
  • Manage training programs, analyze, and report on their effectiveness.

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of recruitment experience with success in billings/promotions.
  • Experience in mentoring, training, and coaching groups and individuals.
  • Background as a 360 recruiter or extensive experience in training consultants in Business Development.
