Learning and Development (L&D) Consultant – Professional Services Agency

Location: Glasgow, with hybrid working (3 days in office)

Role Overview: Join the Manchester team to develop consultants from entry-level to team leads. Ideal for a recruiter passionate about mentorship, learning, and development, seeking to advance into L&D.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver L&D solutions via classroom, desk-based, coaching, and live call training.

  • Assist with onboarding and support retention strategies.
  • Manage training programs, analyze effectiveness, and report outcomes.
Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience in mentoring, training, and coaching (group and 121).
  • Background as a 360 recruiter or extensive training in business development.
