L&D Consultant – Professional Services Agency

Manchester – Hybrid (3 days in office)

The Company

My client is an established professional services recruitment agency/consultancy business, supporting businesses to find experts across multiple industries globally.

They are hiring a third team member to work with a cohort across the business to develop consultants from rookies to team leads.

This role is ideal for a recruiter passionate about mentorship, learning, and development, viewing L&D as a natural next step.

The Role
  • Design and deliver L&D solutions through various channels including classroom, desk-based, 121 coaching, and live call coaching.
  • Handle training administration, planning, and coordination with management, including training needs analysis.
  • Provide verbal feedback to managers and stakeholders on trainee progress during sessions.
  • Assist the Talent Attraction team with onboarding, offering proactive feedback to improve retention.
  • Manage training programs from start to finish, including analysis and reporting on their effectiveness.
What we are looking for
  • A recruiter with at least 3+ years of experience, demonstrated success through billings or promotions.
  • Experience in mentoring or training, with exposure to coaching groups and individuals.
  • Extensive experience as a 360 recruiter or in training consultants in Business Development.
