Job summary

Rendall & Rittner is seeking a hands-on Learning and Development Advisor to deliver engaging workshops and live webinars for frontline teams and head office induction in London.

You will collaborate with the L&D and operations teams to tailor content, design practical materials and manage a London-based delivery schedule across sites and virtual sessions, ensuring learning is immediately applicable on the job.

  • Shadowing and co-delivering existing sessions during onboarding, then taking ownership of allocated topics.
  • Designing new workshops and webinars, including session plans, slides and facilitator guides.
  • Coordinating schedules, venues and logistics, and managing attendance, feedback and follow-up actions.
  • Supporting head office induction and contributing to learning for property management teams and emerging leaders.

Role Overview

you will be a hands-on trainer and facilitator, delivering engaging learning for our frontline on-site teams and supporting head office induction. From customer service and collaborative working to role-specific essentials, you will run a blend of in-person workshops and live webinars, creating learning that is practical, interactive and immediately useful on the job.

ROLE EXPECTATIONS

Most days you will be facilitating group learning, either in person across our London sites or via live webinars, alongside preparing, refining and updating session materials. You will collaborate closely with the L&D team and operational stakeholders, tailoring content to audience needs and keeping recurring topics engaging and energised.

  • You manage a London-based delivery schedule smoothly, balancing travel, prep and delivery across busy periods.

  • You collaborate with the L&D team to cover each other’s sessions and maintain a cohesive, high-quality learning offer.
