Job summary

Nova Training in Wolverhampton is seeking a Learner Resourcer to join the Apprenticeship Department. This full-time, permanent role involves proactive resourcing, telephone screening and supporting the Employer Engagement Team to match candidates to vacancies.

The ideal candidate has at least two years’ experience in resourcing, strong administrative skills, confident communication by phone and the ability to work well in a team. Benefits include generous holiday and wellbeing schemes.

Responsibilities

• Search and resource candidates via apprenticeship website, job sites and social media platforms.
• Conduct telephone interviews to evaluate shortlisted candidates’ skills, experience, and career goals.
• Complete candidate application forms, obtain prior attainment checks, deliver and document high‑quality Information Advice Guidance (IAG).
• Ensure that candidates are supplied to the Employer Engagement Team in a timely manner.
• Book maths and English invigilation.
• Maintain awareness of other coordinators’ vacancies and refer suitable candidates.
• Liaise with the Employer Engagement Team to ensure vacancy outcomes are timely and KPIs are achieved.

Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 pa (depending on experience, skills & qualifications)
