Job summary

Pertemps Bond in Leicester is seeking a Recruitment Resourcer to join our busy temporary recruitment team. You will begin a recognised Recruitment Apprenticeship, earning a nationally recognised qualification while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.

No previous recruitment experience is required. Full training will be provided, you’ll learn how to source candidates, guide them through registration, and support onboarding, with clear progression into a Recruitment Consultant

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a busy team.
• Comfortable using MS Office and computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals and advertising.
• Register new candidates and guide them through the recruitment process.
• Carry out compliance and right-to-work checks.
• Create and manage job adverts
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment databases
• Chase outstanding documentation and keep records up to date
• Support onboarding and candidate aftercare
• Provide general administrative support to the recruitment team

This Recruitment Resourcer role is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is organised, enjoys speaking with people, and wants to build a long-term career. As part of this role, you'll complete a recognised Recruitment Apprenticeship, earning a nationally recognised qualification while gaining valuable hands‑on experience in a busy recruitment environment.
