Job summary

Apprentify is looking for an organised Learner Onboarding Specialist to manage the end-to-end onboarding journey for apprentices. Based in Wilmslow, you will set up learners on the LMS, verify eligibility, and coordinate with compliance before the first learning day.

You’ll lead IAG discussions, chase outstanding documents, and deliver the initial learning session, maintaining strong communication with stakeholders and learners alike. This role is full-time and office-based.

Qualifications

• Experience in a learner-facing or onboarding role requiring case management skills.
• Confident communicator, able to chase outstanding information.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Genuine interest in learner outcomes and the onboarding experience.

Responsibilities

• Set up learners on the LMS and run eligibility checks.
• Conduct IAG suitability conversations and push back when needed.
• Chase ID verification, initial assessments and evidence; track readiness.
• Ensure compliance handoff with sign-off before go-live.
• Deliver the first day of learning and handle safeguarding concerns as needed.
