Job description

Redstone Training – we’re here to meet client needs. Providing companies with the skills, knowledge, and certification needed to ensure rail works are carried out both safely, and correctly. We also deliver government funded courses while complying with full Network Rail Group standards to bring qualified rail engineers into the working world. With many candidates already in employment, we lay down the foundation for a successful future and deliver educational excellence along the way.

Job Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our growing engagement team. This position would suit someone with strong organisational skills and who has a genuine interest in a developing the careers of others.

Support on external conversations with colleges, training providers and combined authorities in regards to learners

Ensure you follow bootcamp/AEB criteria for learners in each region

Follow the correct procedures for IAG/Enrolment

Create candidate pools of learners to go onto our short rail courses

Ensure learners are supported throughout their course

Create the relevant learner and trainer packs

Support employer and learner engagement team with paperwork and admin

Attend job fairs across the country within reason.

Liaise with employers/sponsors for learner shifts/pay/start dates if needed

Liaise with the employer engagement team for job outcomes and evidence

Upload learner information to learner portals

Ensure learners are turning up to courses and we have all the right information.

Ensure the learners all have the correct PPE in place

Understand safeguarding policies and procedures

Be the main contact for the learners

Be responsible for learner post course administration

Support social posts on our social media

Person Specification

A minimum of 3 years’ administration experience within a training administration and/or customer service environment

Demonstrate a high degree of initiative, resourcefulness, flexibility and a self-motivation

Ability to manage a busy workload

Communicate effectively with a broad range of stakeholders

Effective planner and organiser

Strong attention to detail

A flexible personality and the ability to handle & embrace changes in planner/daily schedule.

IAG Qual

Full driving license
