KM Recruitment is a specialist UK-wide recruiter for the Skills & Employability sectors.

Job Title: Employer Engagement Consultant (Apprenticeships)

Location: Home/Field based – Must be flexible with travel across the North West

Salary: £27,000 – £29,000 + uncapped bonus potential!

Type: Full Time, Permanent

Duties:

  1. Proactively identify and engage with businesses to promote our clients' offerings of Apprenticeship programmes.
  2. Develop and maintain employer relationships, maximising all opportunities for learner starts.
  3. Manage own daily output using internal CRM systems.
  4. Undertake Organisational Needs Analysis to meet employer’s needs.
  5. Communicate and coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions within agreed timeframes.
  6. Report sales data and insights on a regular basis.
  7. Maintain own knowledge of policy changes, funding changes, and relevant business expectations.
  8. Work towards and achieve revenue targets.

Essential Criteria:

  1. Some exposure to working within an employer engagement/business development role, promoting apprenticeships or employability programmes.
  2. Ability to overcome objections.
  3. Experience of working towards and achieving targets.
  4. Excellent communication, administrative, and organisational skills.
  5. Confident, friendly, and professional manner, willing to learn.
  6. Full, clean UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
  7. Must be flexible with travel.
