Job summary

Owen Daniels in Wembley, Greater London, is seeking an experienced Continuous Improvement Lead to turn challenges into practical improvements and deliver measurable results. This role is hands-on and strategic, working with shop-floor teams and senior stakeholders to drive improvements and deliver outcomes.

The position requires strong Lean and Continuous Improvement expertise, a track record of delivering measurable gains in productivity, quality, cost and delivery, and experience leading

Qualifications

• Strong practical knowledge of Lean and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable improvements in productivity, quality, cost and delivery.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and influencing teams at all levels.
• Experience using ERP systems; Microsoft Dynamics 365 ideally
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt qualification.

Responsibilities

• Lead the continuous improvement strategy across the site and ensure it supports overall business objectives.
• Identify and prioritise improvement opportunities across safety, quality, delivery, cost, inventory, productivity and capacity.
• Lead cross-functional improvement projects from initial idea through to implementation and long-term sustainability.
• Build business cases for improvement projects, including costs, benefits, resources and expected return.
• Introduce and embed Lean and Continuous Improvement tools, including 5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping etc.
