INDLEI in Leicestershire is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and develop its production and warehouse operations. You will drive performance, optimise planning and maintain high quality across the site.

Qualifications

• You will have proven experience in an operational, production or manufacturing management role, with knowledge of production planning, lean manufacturing and quality control.
• Experience in cost control and management reporting is desirable.
• Strong leadership and performance management skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and develop direct reports, driving accountability and performance.
• Ensure production planning is effective and optimised to meet customer requirements.
• Monitor production and warehouse performance against KPIs.
• Drive continuous improvement, efficiency and quality across operations.
• Support cost control and effective resource management.
• Provide accurate management reporting and operational insight.
