Job summary

Energy Jobline CVL is seeking an Operations Manager to drive excellence across manufacturing and engineering. You will lead day-to-day operations, apply Lean principles, and guide teams to deliver measurable improvements while meeting delivery commitments in a hands-on site role in Gloucestershire.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in an Operations Manager or similar leadership role.
• Strong Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement knowledge.
• Experience coaching and developing high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operational activity across manufacturing and engineering.
• Drive productivity and continuous improvement using Lean and Kaizen.
• Monitor and improve KPIs including quality and on-time delivery.
• Support capacity planning and efficient process flow.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on budget awareness and cost control.
• Promote Health & Safety culture and ensure compliance.
