Qualifications

• Hands-on lean or continuous improvement experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to coach and train manufacturing teams through a Gemba-based, hands-on approach.
• Experience using operational data to identify trends, prioritize opportunities and influence decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily implementation of lean and continuous improvement practices across Linx operations, partnering with manufacturing leaders to focus on the critical priorities that close performance gaps.
• Develop practical improvement roadmaps that connect current-state performance to business priorities with structured action plans.
• Drive targeted, sustainable improvement in key operational measures such as productivity and kaizen sustainment.
• Coach structured Problem Solving against performance misses, helping teams identify root causes and own countermeasures.
• Facilitate Kaizen events from charter to sustainment with a high-quality improvement funnel.
• Build continuous improvement capability by coaching and training teams at all levels using a Gemba-based approach.
• Support the broader improvement plan by mentoring associates through Veralto’s certification pathway.
• Collaborate with leaders across Linx, Veralto and other companies to share best practices and translate data into priorities.
