Job summary

Linx Printing Technologies Limited, based in St Ives, Cambridgeshire, is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to own the stability, capability and continuous improvement of our manufacturing processes and equipment.

You will rotate through the printer cell and fluids plant, lead real-time problem solving on the shop floor and maintain documentation including PFMEA and control plans, driving improvements from concept to implementation with operators and cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced manufacturing or engineering environments.
• Ability to understand and solve complex technical problems quickly.
• Proven capability to design/mechanically improve tooling, fixtures or production processes.

Responsibilities

• Own the stability, capability and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Lead technical problem solving on the shop floor.
• Support new product introduction and engineering change control.
• Maintain process documentation including work instructions, PFMEA and control plans.
• Collaborate with operators and cross-functional teams to implement improvements.
