Job summary
Grafters Recruitment Consultants Ltd. is seeking an experienced manufacturing professional with strong production leadership and quality management exposure. The role requires candidates with degrees or equivalent in Manufacturing/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering and ISO9001 qualification where possible.
Lean practices experience and Six Sigma certification are advantageous. Location will be disclosed upon application, East Sussex area.
Qualifications
- Degree, HNC/HND, or technical apprenticeship in Manufacturing, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering with exposure to Quality Management such as ISO9001.
- Extensive experience in lean practices with Six Sigma certification being advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Lead production leadership and quality management initiatives.
- Drive lean manufacturing improvements and continuous improvement programs.
