Job summary

Celeros Flow Technology is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to design and implement efficient manufacturing methods for CNC and manual machining. You will develop processes, tooling and documentation, applying Lean principles to boost productivity and reduce costs.

Collaboration with suppliers and cross-functional teams will be essential to meet quality and delivery targets. The role requires HNC/HND in Mechanical Engineering, extensive CNC/Milling and Turning experience, and proficiency with

Qualifications

HNC/HND Mechanical Engineering with proven track record in manufacturing.
Knowledge of lean manufacturing techniques and CNC/manual milling/turning processes.
Experience communicating across teams and driving changes.

Responsibilities

Create/modify CNC programs using Siemens, Mazak or Heidenhain language.
Develop and document manufacturing methods, tooling and setup details.
Apply Lean Manufacturing principles to improve methods and productivity.
Maintain robust lean processes for CNC and manual machining to meet quality and on-time delivery.
Support machine shop and related processes; resolve issues and assist other disciplines.
Collaborate with suppliers on manufacturing processes and continuous improvement.
