Job summary

Bolt Technical Limited in Stoke-on-Trent is seeking a Continuous Improvement Engineer to drive efficiency across manufacturing and related processes. You will identify bottlenecks, lead improvement projects and implement practical solutions to boost productivity, quality and delivery.

The role requires hands-on experience with production teams, a Lean/CI qualification (Green Belt preferred) and strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Qualifications

Lean / Continuous Improvement qualification, ideally Green Belt.
Hands-on experience with production teams.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Analyse workflows, identify bottlenecks and improve production efficiency.
Lead Continuous Improvement projects from concept through to implementation.
Develop and standardise SOPs, work instructions and manufacturing documentation.
Use data and KPIs to identify and measure improvements.
