Ian Williams is seeking a Working Foreperson to lead a painting team in Maidstone and surrounding areas. You will supervise tradespeople, organise work, and support the Contracts Manager while delivering quality on internal and external decorating projects.

Responsabilités

• Oversee a directly employed painters team and site labour allocation for residential, commercial and education projects.
• Manage daily productivity, report progress to Contracts Manager.
• Conduct on-site welfare, PPE, and equipment inspections; deliver toolbox talks.
