Style Acre, a charity based in Oxfordshire, is seeking an Assistant Support Manager (Female Only) to join its leadership development programme. The role starts with 28–36 hours per week, with a salary of £25,621 FTE, and offers a pathway to become a Support Manager as you progress.

The six-month Leadership Development Programme focuses on building leadership, flexibility, and people skills to better support adults with learning disabilities and autism in community settings.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the Leadership Development Programme to learn leadership and management skills.
• Provide support to the leadership team with daily operations and service delivery.
• Progression path to Assistant Support Manager within 18 months across supported living services.
