Job summary

SIXT invites ambitious graduates to join 1ST GEAR!, a 12-month Management Trainee Program that accelerates you toward a leadership career within mobility. From day one you’ll take on real responsibilities and train across key operations, with rapid progression to a leadership role in the UK upon successful completion.

You’ll gain exposure to Sales, Customer Service, Fleet Management, and Performance Management while developing communication, problem-solving and entrepreneurial skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant professional experience in Sales, Customer Service, Tourism, Hospitality or Management.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with willingness to lead and take initiative.
• Strong English communication skills; other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Take on early responsibility in the 12-month program and support operational goals.
• Learn across Sales, Customer Service, Fleet Management and Performance Management, with clear goals.
• Collaborate with Branch Managers and Area Directors to learn leadership on the job.
• Be prepared to relocate anywhere in the UK for leadership roles after completion.
