SIXT is launching 1ST GEAR!, a 12-month Management Trainee Program designed to fast-track you into leadership roles within our mobility company. From day one, you’ll gain hands-on experience, take on responsibilities, and be prepared for leadership positions across the UK.

Successful graduates will be placed directly into leadership roles, with relocation within the United Kingdom as needed. Join a global, dynamic team and accelerate your management career in mobility.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant professional experience in Sales, Customer Service, Tourism, Hospitality or Management
• Hands-on, entrepreneurial leadership mindset
• Strong English communication skills
• Proactive, independent problem-solver with ownership
• Willing to rotate across locations and relocate within the UK
• Driver’s license with 1 year driving experience and ≤6 points

Responsabilidades

• Take on responsibility early in the 12-month program to support operational goals and drive efficiency
• Gain insights into Sales, Customer Service, Fleet Management, and Performance Management
• Work in day-to-day operations as a Sales Executive and receive training in communication, conflict resolution, sales, and problem-solving
• Collaborate with Branch Managers and Area Directors to learn leadership on the job
• Relocate within the United Kingdom for leadership roles after program completion
