Job summary

SIXT is launching the 1ST GEAR! Management Trainee program in the UK. This 12-month journey fast-tracks high-potential individuals into leadership roles across the network, starting in a branch or airport leadership setting.

You’ll gain hands-on experience, take on responsibilities from day one, and graduate into a leadership position. Ambitious, curious and proactive applicants with a growth mindset and strong English communication will thrive.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field completed
• Ambitious, curious and proactive with a leadership mindset
• Excellent English communication skills; other languages a plus
• Willing to relocate across the UK and rotate across locations

Responsibilities

• Take on responsibility early in the 12-month program and support operational goals
• Gain insights into Sales, Customer Service, Fleet Management and Performance Management
• Work in day-to-day operations as a Sales Executive and receive training in communication, conflict resolution, sales and problem-solving
• Collaborate with Branch Managers and Area Directors to learn leadership on the job
• Graduate into a leadership position upon successful program completion and relocation within the UK
