SIXT is launching 1ST GEAR!, a 12-month Management Trainee program designed to fast-track your leadership career. From day one you’ll gain hands-on experience, assume responsibility, and work across Sales, Customer Service, and Fleet Management to drive efficiency and growth.

Graduates enter a leadership role upon completion, with relocation within the United Kingdom required for placement. The program includes intense training in communication, conflict resolution, and problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Completed bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business management or equivalent.
• Demonstrated leadership potential and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Strong English communication skills and proactive problem-solving.

Responsabilités

• Take on early responsibilities and support achievement of operational goals.
• Gain insights into Sales, Customer Service, Fleet Management and Performance Management.
• Work in day-to-day operations as a Sales Executive and participate in training.
• Collaborate with Branch Managers and Area Directors to learn leadership on the job.
• Be willing to relocate anywhere within the United Kingdom after graduation.
