You will have independence with access to our platform, infrastructure and network to focus on clients and growth. Ideal candidates will have 8+ PQE, an established client following, and be comfortable operating as a sole trader or via a limited company, with an active practising

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years' post‑qualification experience (PQE).
• Established or developing client following with ability to build long‑term relationships.
• Willingness to operate as a self‑employed practitioner (sole trader or via a limited company).
• Active practising certificate/licence to practice law with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Run your own practice with the support of an established international firm.
• Collaborate with high‑calibre lawyers across jurisdictions and practice areas.
• Develop and grow your client base and referrals within a flexible, remote‑first or office framework.
