Qualifications

• Experience in bespoke joinery, shop fitting, interior fit-out or cabinet making.
• Proven experience supervising or managing a workshop or team.
• Strong practical and problem-solving skills with ability to read technical drawings."

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day workshop operations and production planning.
• Lead and develop workshop staff to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, designers and site teams for on-time delivery.
