Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in London is seeking a Senior Interior Designer to lead ambitious workplace projects from concept through to delivery. You will work closely with clients, consultants and multidisciplinary teams to translate strategic briefs into compelling commercial interiors for blue-chip occupiers.

This hands-on, client-facing role requires strong leadership, project ownership and mentorship of junior designers, within a fast-paced, design-driven studio at JLL London.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience delivering commercial workplace interiors within a London design studio, consultancy or architecture practice.
• London project experience is essential for this role.
• Experience leading workplace interior projects from concept through to completion, including tender, construction and site delivery.
• Experience delivering projects for corporate occupiers, ideally across sectors such as financial services, legal, technology or professional services.

Responsibilities

• Lead workplace interior projects from concept through to site delivery, including tender, construction and site delivery stages.
• Develop and coordinate design solutions that are creative, technically robust and commercially sound.
• Lead client conversations, shaping design proposals and guiding junior designers.
• Collaborate with colleagues across disciplines to deliver integrated client solutions.
