Job summary

Trident Group invites applications for a Lead Worker in Telford, offering 25 hours per week on a 6 month fixed-term maternity cover. Salary is £17,485 per annum. The role focuses on homelessness prevention, tenancy sustainment, and independent living with a strong emphasis on safeguarding and holistic support.

You will assess needs, develop tailored plans, and collaborate with partners to improve health, housing and financial wellbeing for diverse clients across Telford and Wrekin.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive assessments of housing, financial, health and social needs.

• Assist with budgeting, debt management and welfare benefits access.
• Support social inclusion and safeguarding practices.
• Maintain accurate KPI-aligned records.
