Job summary

Kainos is seeking a Workday Extend Architect to lead Extend projects, scope requirements, and design, implement and deploy applications using the Workday Extend platform. You will work closely with customers to ensure the solution is fit for purpose and commercially viable.

You’ll build strong relationships, guide and educate others in the Workday practice, and communicate clearly with customers and colleagues, including in remote working environments.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with XML, REST, SOAP and JSON.
• Workday HCM Certified or ERP experience.
• Experience designing applications to solve business problems.
• Strong customer focus and relationship-building.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday Extend projects and scope, gather requirements, and document.
• Build relationships with customers and ensure the solution is fit for purpose and commercially viable.
• Educate and mentor others within the Workday practice.
