Job summary

Kainos in the United Kingdom is seeking Workday Extend Developers to shape future product offerings on the Workday platform. You will join a product team to identify, build, sell and operate new Extend-based solutions across collaborative disciplines.

You will use Workday Extend, AWS and AI to design proofs-of-concepts, gather user feedback, and iterate in a fast-paced environment. You will mentor juniors and uphold the company values throughout delivery.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience developing Extend applications.
• Experience in agile delivery environments.
• Experience with web services (REST, SOAP).
• Excellent written and spoken English communication.
• Good commercial awareness and understanding of project dynamics.
• Ability to plan workload and meet deadlines.
• Aware of confidentiality and data protection policies.
• Adherence to standards and quality expectations.
