Lead Wellbeing & Lifestyle Coordinator
£14.76 per hour plus Company Benefits
40 Hours per week with some weekend working

Netley Court is a purpose-built 65 bedded residential care home set in the heart of the village of Netley Abbey caring for dementia and residential residents.

Our Lead Wellbeing and Lifestyle Coordinator will be responsible for creating and implementing engaging wellbeing programs that enhance the quality of life for our residents.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Develop and oversee wellbeing and lifestyle activities.
  2. Engage residents in meaningful activities that promote physical and mental health.
  3. Work collaboratively with other staff to ensure a holistic approach to care.
  4. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of activities.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Experience in a similar role within a care setting.
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Passion for enhancing the lives of others.
  4. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
