Elemental Energies seeks a Senior Drilling Engineer to lead well design and execution across the full lifecycle. You will validate engineering calculations, supervise equipment selection, and guide the Well Delivery Process to ensure safe, on-time project delivery.

You will collaborate with subsurface, projects, supply chain and finance teams to manage risks, costs and performance, mentoring junior engineers along the way.

Competenze

• BSc / BEng or equivalent technical degree in engineering, technology or science.
• IWCF Level 4 (Or Equiv).
• Offshore medical, survival.

Mansioni

• Directs the design of the well and validates engineering calculations.
• Leads well material and equipment selection and QA.
• Plans and leads the well delivery process to meet objectives.
• Manages well engineering and design activities for safe, on-time, within-budget operations.
• Interfaces with subsurface, projects, supply chain and finance for execution.
