Job summary

Harbour Energy is seeking a senior Wells Engineer to lead design, planning, and execution for the Zama Project in Mexico. You will ensure safe drilling and completion operations, align with project objectives, and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver cost-effective wells.

You will mentor junior engineers, drive continuous improvement, and ensure adherence to HSES and industry standards across offshore operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master in Petroleum Engineering or related.
• 15+ years of Wells Development, engineering and operations.
• Preferred local experience in Mexico with planning and execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, engineering, and execution of well construction strategies for the Zama Project.
• Ensure safe, compliant drilling and completion operations.
• Coordinate with subsurface, HSES, supply chain, and operations teams.
• Mentor junior engineers and drive continuous improvement.
