EPLS Design Ltd. is seeking a lead developer to drive both front-end and back-end work, delivering bespoke WordPress websites, web applications, integrations and internal tools. You will shape architectural decisions, mentor a growing team and help clients understand technical options.

The role emphasizes exploring new tools and AI-enabled approaches to accelerate testing and value delivery while maintaining high standards and collaboration across disciplines.

Qualifications

• Solid back-end web development with experience in server-side frameworks, databases, APIs and performance optimization.
• Comprehensive web development skills across front-end and back-end, with version control, testing and deployment workflows.
• Experience leading technical projects, setting standards and mentoring team members.
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple projects.
• Familiarity with SEO, accessibility and security best practices.
• Agency or multi-client experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Develop across front-end and back-end, building WordPress sites, web apps, integrations and internal tools.
• Assist estimating team with scoping and architectural decisions and explain technical options to clients.
• Lead and mentor the development team, review code and tackle complex technical challenges.
• Set development standards to help EPLS Design Ltd. stay ahead and ensure quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver performant, scalable digital solutions.
