Qualifications
- Proven experience leading web development teams.
- Strong React experience and modern web standards.
- Extensive AWS infrastructure knowledge including managed services.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and delivering on time.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of web programmers on the game web portal project.
- Set coding standards and best practices for performance and quality.
- Collaborate with Producers, Designers and Artists to plan technical roadmaps.
- Ensure delivery on time and within budget and mentor juniors.
