Job summary

Pixel Toys is seeking a Lead Web Programmer to direct a talented team building the web portal for a flagship game. You will set standards, drive performance, and coordinate with cross-disciplinary teammates to deliver engaging web experiences.

You will lead technical planning, mentoring, and delivery using React, AWS, and modern tooling, ensuring quality and on-time project milestones in a dynamic studio environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Lead Web Programmer or similar role.
• Strong React experience and front-end/portal development.
• Experience with AWS infrastructure and services.
• Knowledge of modern software engineering practices (Agile).
• Excellent communication and team leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead a web programming team for the game portal and ensure high-quality delivery.
• Define and maintain technical standards and roadmaps across projects.
• Collaborate with Producers, Designers, Artists, and Programmers to shape the project.
