Job summary

United Living is seeking a Framework Lead based in Leeds to manage the delivery of complex water and wastewater projects. You will ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. This role requires a strong civil engineering background and leadership experience in the water industry.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar Project Manager role within the water industry.
• CSCS (Manager Level) certification.
• Strong understanding of construction contracts and commercial management.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage the delivery of multiple ongoing projects.
• Lead the implementation of Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental procedures.
• Oversee all commercial aspects, including budget management and achieving target margins.
